Our GOALS:

The Association main objective is to combine the Iraq's future strategic plans and the activities for Iraqi and French businessmen. The Association willing to achieve these objectives through:

     Establish distinguished relations between Iraq and all Countries, especially with France through locating channels to develop and enhance different fields of industry and investment.

    Assist businessmen, traders and companies to set up joint or non-joint venture capitals to contribute in the development of Iraqi economics and industry.

    Through continuous efforts , the Association seeks to attract various capitals and investments particularly French in different sectors utilizing all its material, moral resources and relations with various Iraqi, French and other bodies to expedite the programs that focuses in the rebuilding of infrastructure and supporting reconstruction projects. Conferences, exhibitions and symposiums are organized inside and outside Iraq to support above objectives.

    Support humanitarian activities carried by NGO's and civil societies in the field of medical, social and educational aspects throughout Iraq by opening new horizon of mutual cooperation protocols with French universities and educational institutions, pushing for establishing French Universities and institutions inside Iraq, re-opening the French Cultural Institute in Baghdad and setting  up new branches in other Iraqi governorates.

    Work on enhancing the capacity building for Iraqi human resources in various specialties to meet the country's needs through the exchange of experiences between Iraq and France also organizing exchanged business and tourist trips between the two parties.

    Issue a circular which describes the Association's different activities inside Iraq and aboard also outlines the investment areas available in the country.

    Work on the development of the banking sector in Iraq through activating financial transactions between Iraqi and French businessmen capitals also investing these capitals in constructive development fields in the country.

    Through our legal section the association will provide legal consultation to companies and individuals and help in preparing contracts and supervising their execution.

    Aim to establish an international arbitration center to resolve all trade disputes inside and outside Iraq.  This center will be administrated by a group of distinguished Iraqi and French legal personals.
